Where do you ship from? 

We only use AusPost to deliver your order. All orders are dispatched from 4218, Gold Coast, Queensland. 

Standard Regular Shipping Flat Rate $10.00 (Australia wide delivery, Approx. 3-7 days)

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from ZOYEME. You may return most new, unworn items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

 

If you need to return an item, simply send an email to help@zoyeme.com.au & request a returns form.

 

Your return will be processed within 7 days. We'll notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.
